What is the Digital Kit Program? How can I apply for the aid?

The Digital Kit is an initiative by the Spanish Government aimed at subsidizing the implementation of digital solutions available in the market to make significant progress in digital maturity.

 WHO IS THE DIGITAL KIT PROGRAM TARGETED AT?

The aid can be requested by companies and self-employed individuals with between 0 and 49 employees. The amount of the Digital Voucher will depend on the segment to which you belong.




Once the direct aid has been requested, the company will have 6 months to spend it on Digital Solutions.

WHAT REQUIREMENTS DO I NEED TO MEET TO APPLY FOR THE AID?

To apply for the aid, companies or self-employed individuals must meet a series of requirements and conditions that will allow them to receive the Digital Voucher.​

  1. Be a small business, microenterprise, or self-employed. Companies must be registered in Spain.
  2. Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations.
  3. Not be subject to any prohibition as per the General Subsidies Law.
  4. Not be under a recovery order after a previous decision by the European Commission.
  5. Not be a company in crisis.
  6. Not have exceeded the aid limit of €200,000.
  7. Be registered in the Census of Entrepreneurs, Professionals, and Withholding Agents of the Spanish Tax Agency (Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria).
  8. Have a Digital Maturity Level according to the  diagnóstico test available on the platform.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE DIGITAL VOUCHER?

If the company meets the conditions and requirements of the Digital Kit Program, they will need to choose the solutions that cover their needs and help with their digital transformation.

Digital agents will be responsible for providing the technological solutions and services that businesses or self-employed individuals need in order to request the Digital Voucher.

The steps to follow to obtain and use the Digital Voucher are:

  1. Register and sign up on the  Acelera Pyme
  2. Complete the Digital Diagnostic Test.
  3. Browse the Digital Solutions Catalog, where Zitycard
  4. Formalize an Agreement for the Provision of Digitalization Solutions.
  5. The Digital Agent will provide the agreed service during the agreed period.
