The Anti-Fraud Law, known as Law 11/2021 of July 9, establishes new obligations for companies and self-employed individuals to prevent the manipulation of accounting and management data. This regulation imposes significant penalties on software vendors and users who do not comply with its provisions. In this article, we explain how Odoo, ensures compliance with the Anti-Fraud Law and how businesses can benefit from this comprehensive solution.

The law introduces a double penalty system:

  • Fixed fines of €150,000 for software manufacturers or vendors per non-compliant software and for each year it has been marketed.
  • Fixed fines of €50,000 for companies (clients) that use or possess uncertified software according to this regulation.
