The goal of this certification is to increase the security of the products and services Zitycard offers to its customers and establish a methodology and security policy for using electronic means.
AENOR has certified Zitycard in its ENS medium level, which consist of principles and requirements that provide adequate protection for information, implementing the necessary conditions of trust in the use of electronic means.
As part of its continuous improvement plan, Zitycard certifies itself in the ENS, ensuring compliance with the security measures, principles, and requirements that affect the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and authenticity of data and electronic processes with Public Administrations.
Additionally, the developments and products delivered guarantee compliance with the most stringent security measures for data management, communications, and electronic services. Thanks to these measures, citizens and Public Administrations can exercise their rights and ensure the fulfillment of duties through these electronic means.
With the National Security Framework (ENS) certificate, Zitycard adheres to the legal standards that protect citizens' privacy rights, integrating this regulation into its software and product development, offering citizens the same data security for electronic procedures as they would have in person.
Zitycard continues to aim for the highest standards of security and quality in its products and services.
This new ENS medium-level certificate adds to the company's existing certifications, such as ISO9001 Quality issued by AENOR and the PYME RSA for Environmental and Corporate Social Responsibility awarded by the Government of Aragón.
